Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful husband JP in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. Most people are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung where I document my life - highs, lows, and everything in between. In 1990 I moved to America together with my parents and brother as I reached the age of one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' devotion to hard work and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be here sharing my life. When I realized that I had the potential to be a successful person, I was determined to be successful and do my parents proud. It was my plan to attend school, graduate and get an excellent job. After that, I was looking for a wife and kids. My plan for success was to go to university after graduation, and then find a corporate job. I would then marry to buy a home and start a family. Life had other ideas. When I was in 2013, I started anxious about going to work. job the money and status did not bring me joyIt was that I was throwing my life away in exchange for a salary but I knew that I had a destiny. When I started to take steps toward a new direction in my life, I began to discover that I was a personal trainer and the career path I was looking for. I am a lover of exercise and enjoy working around people and helping people. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success in 2021. It's not common to see an Asian female in the business. To be a leader in my field and offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving an improved and happier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to their specific needs and to reach their goals. Also, I'm dedicated to helping others become empowered so that they can achieve their goals, pursue their interests and lead the life of your dreams. As my career began to take off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my life to datethat of losing my Mom. After battling for eight years with the disease, she is now resting on Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and always keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. It is possible to learn from our experiences, though we might not be able to spot it in the moment. It was my mother's unexpected death that shaped me for the better. In my opinion, that it provided me with a chance to live my life. Her passing on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was an opportunity for her to begin a new life. To me, it was a second chance for me to live a fulfilling life. In my 30's, I feel more alive than ever. It is true that I live now rather than just existing just like I did before. My goal in sharing my experience is to let you know that you're not the only one. I want you to be aware that love exists and that therapy is common. Your health is truly your most valuable asset. My hope is that you live your life fully and that your death be without regrets, since that's the only thing you can count on during this lifetime.
